I Love Artichokes

J'adore les artichauts et tout spécialement j'aime la salade d'artichauts frais, je crois que ça s'appelle des violets. Ici en sauce huile d'olive citron avec beaucoup de persil, préparés par Rose, Chez Vincent, à Marseille où j'ai passé la journée. Marseille...
