L' Amour Qui Fait Boum
Flowers in le Marais, a visit to the Swiss Cultural Center architecture exhibition, more flowers - close up, a blurry garden dwarf and a moss teddy bear on a balcony, Indian stickers everywhere, an old piece of fruit rotting, evening light in a store display and Helena Noguerra's concert at the China Club for a show mixing soft songs, classic covers and a burlesque rendition of the infamous song Fais Moi Mal, Johnny Johnny - a song originaly written by Boris Vian.Charm. Helena wam presence gave to this intimate and luxurious venue charm and poetry all evening long. The opening act for the concert, Peter Van Pohel , with it's soft voice and skilled guitar, was a pure pleasure for the ears.
Right after I came back home I had the great pleasure to see Jean Denis who I was introduced to thru Thomas a few months ago, forever the most generous and demonstrative personn I'll ever know.
